Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as the elderly. They help with daily living skills, health maintenance and medication administration, personal care, and behavioral development. Direct Support Professionals work in the individual's home and may transport the person to activities, doctor appointments, workshop, community jobs, etc.

Requirements

We are looking for applicants who are:

*18+ years of age

*Current driver's license with reliable transportation

*Current auto insurance

*Clean criminal history

*Clean driving history

*Good communication skills and willingness to learn

The work is part-time with the possibility of full-time in the future. We offer flexible hours, paid orientation and work opportunities at various locations on each side of Indianapolis. Medical, dental, vision and 401K benefits are offered to full-time employees after 90 days.
